This Braze Learning session focuses on overall data management within Braze, with the goal of understanding "how Braze works," how Braze integrates into a broader ecosystem of tools, and how data flows through this ecosystem. Learners will cover the core functions of Braze, including data ingestion, classification, orchestration, personalization, and action. They will explore how to efficiently bring data into Braze using various methods like SDKs, APIs, CSV imports, and Braze Alloys partners, and how to leverage external tools through data export options like CSV, REST APIs, and Braze Currents. To finish up, trainees will design a data management strategy, working through data ingestion, data use within Braze, and data export plans.
