Austin leads Community & Learning Events at Braze, creating experiences that bring Braze marketers together to learn, connect, and build new skills. Five years into her time at Braze, she’s passionate about making complex ideas approachable and creating spaces where people can learn from both Braze experts and each other. Her work spans learning workshops, bootcamps, certifications, and community programs, and she has a particular enthusiasm for helping marketers get hands-on with AI.
