George Khachatryan is the VP of AI Decisioning at Braze, the leading AI decisioning engine for lifecycle marketing. He co-founded OfferFit and served as its CEO from inception through to OfferFit's acquisition by Braze in 2025. Before OfferFit, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading business transformations, and co-founded the educational tech company Reasoning Mind. He holds a PhD in mathematics from Cornell University.
