When the global travel & hospitality industry faced geopolitical headwinds, we were motivated to innovate quickly in order to lift conversions to close the gap. Based on guest feedback, we identified an opportunity to create a new owned channel within our mobile app not limited by the constraints of opt-in. We’ll explore how we leveraged Content Cards to rapidly transform a high-priority opportunity into a scalable product solution that drove meaningful business impact and improved the user experience of our mobile app.
