Pearce Dolan is the Chief Product Officer of Braze. He has 20 years of experience in product and technology, having held leadership positions at hypergrowth tech startups spanning early stage through $10B+ valuations. He joins Braze from Deel, where he served as Head of Product. Prior to Deel, Pearce was Head of Product at Revolut, Europe's largest fintech.Originally from the UK, Pearce grew up in Hong Kong and Dubai before returning to the UK to study Computer Science. He now lives in New York with his wife and two pets, where he enjoys traveling, saunas and art.
