Allison is the Director of the AMER Technology Partnerships team. Her team is responsible for accelerating innovation and revenue across industries, and supporting ISVs at all stages, from startups to the world's largest software companies, on AWS. Specifically, Allison's team recruits, develops and scales co-sell and co-build relationships with top tier and emerging ISVs across the America's region and they work cross functionally across AWS sales, solution architecture and field leadership to amplify the reach and success of AWS's most important ISV partners. Prior to this role, Allison led the Scale Team for the Americas Region for one year, and led the Americas Channel team for AWS Marketplace for 9 years. She brings over 20 years of experience across various technology companies, including Oracle and several startups, with expertise spanning project management, global partnerships, technology alliances, consulting services, and channel programs.
