
Beth Myers is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where she leads the firm’s personalization capability with a focus on retail and ecommerce. Beth works alongside retailers to design and build next-generation marketing solutions, with a focus on data and technology. She has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands to embed these new capabilities and deliver double digit growth. Prior to Bain, Beth has served as VP of eCommerce for a portfolio of private equity–owned action sports brands and previously worked in aerospace.
