In-Person Cancellation terms:
If you are no longer able to attend in-person after registering and completing your purchase, you can transfer your ticket by sending a request to events@braze.com. Braze will accept ticket transfer requests through Sunday, September 1, 2024.
If you wish to receive a full refund, the final date to request it is Sunday, September 1, 2024. Your cancellation request will be accepted only in writing to events@braze.com
No shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Please remember that you are responsible for cancelling your hotel and travel arrangements.
